Responsibilities

Installation of all interior/exterior components and hardware
Set work priorities to meet production goals as schedules
Meet all QA and QC standards for each task
Function with a minimal amount of supervision
Close attention to detail
Meet standards of safety and 5S standards
Promote the use and applications of Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools as part of the culture
Be compliant with the rules of conduct and attendance policy
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Required

Ability to read, write comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
Must be able to prioritize work
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions presented in English
Ability to read and use a linear and other measuring devices
Familiar with various tools; drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and router
Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40#'s
The employee is regularly required to stand or walk; use hands to finger; handle or feel objects; and reach with hand and arms
The employee is required to be squatting, kneeling or bending position
Ability to work from ladders or scaffolding
Ability to stand at workstation for 10 hours a day
Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools and machinery
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
Ability to work with arms above head
Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions
