Responsibilities
Support the administration of the National Change Advisory Board (CAB) and the Major Problem Forum, ensuring these critical governance bodies run effectively
Analyze process data to identify trends and create reports that measure the health and efficiency of IT services
Assist process owners in managing the lifecycle of IT incidents and problems to minimize service disruptions
Navigate and support meetings that span a broad range of technology disciplines, from infrastructure to application development
Explore additional opportunities within Knowledge Management, Service Level Management (SLAs), and the ServiceNow platform team to improve the user experience
Assisting in the visualization of IT workflows to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement
Drafting clear documentation, process guides, and knowledge base articles for both technical and non-technical audiences
Coordinating agendas and taking detailed minutes for high-level governance forums
Using analytical skills to transform raw ITSM data into actionable improvement plans
Qualification
Required
High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required
Preferred
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field. Computer Science disciplines are a significant plus
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with data to spot patterns and trends
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical clarity
Organization: Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, such as agenda creation and forum administration, with high attention to detail
Collaboration: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple cross-functional teams
