IT Salesforce Analyst

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce end users, responding to questions and resolving day-to-day issues
Monitor and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve common Salesforce issues related to permissions, page layouts, reports, and automation
Perform regular data imports, exports, updates, and deduplication using tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
Analyze user-reported issues, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes or workarounds
Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy updates
Support release deployments by performing validation testing and post-release issue resolution
Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards to support business needs
Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to improve support efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience
Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce end users, responding to questions and resolving day-to-day issues
Monitor and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve common Salesforce issues related to permissions, page layouts, reports, and automation

Flexibility with schedule for backup coverage, system conversions, updates, and maintenance
Ability to adapt easily to change within a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to any Alerus Financial location to provide training and/or technical support
Preferred
Experience in application management experience preferred
Experience working in the financial services industry preferred
