Responsibilities
Receive, store, and organize inventory in a small warehouse setting
Prepare orders for shipment with high level of accuracy
Operate a standing forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
Handle inventory transactions, process orders, and maintain accurate data within NetSuite ERP System
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed
Collaborate with team members to identify process issues and recommend improvements
Comfortable working in a hands‑on, small‑team environment, responsibilities are varied and processes may require direct ownership and continuous improvement
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience working in a small warehouse setting required (this role is not structured for largescale or high‑volume distribution centers)
Proficiency with NetSuite or another ERP system; Microsoft Office Suite
Technologically savvy with experience in various software, systems, and digital workflows
Proven ability to identify process issues and improve or rebuild workflows
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly
Experience operating a standing forklift and pallet jack
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
A proactive attitude and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
