They are seeking a highly motivated intern to join their Digital Transformation and Operations Procurement group, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in strategic procurement, data analysis, and project execution.

Responsibilities
Support the analysis of procurement spend data to identify cost savings opportunities
Assist in tracking and reporting on cost reduction initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost efficiency strategies
Develop and maintain project tracking tools for procurement initiatives
Assist in the prioritization and management of the project pipeline
Support regular project updates and stakeholder communications
Design and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement operations
Analyze data trends to provide insights for decision-making
Automate reporting processes for enhanced visibility and efficiency
Orchestrate supplier events, including developing event content, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and meeting with vendors
Ensure seamless execution of supplier engagements to foster collaboration and innovation
Conduct market research to support category strategies
Assist in the development of category plans and sourcing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement planning activities
Qualification
Required
Current students seeking a Master's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, data analytics, or a related field with a graduation date between June-September 2027
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting methodologies
Understanding of supply chain management concepts
Preferred
Knowledge of procurement systems and contract management tools is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving project requirements
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
