Responsibilities
Accepts and directs telephone calls from merchants, customers, vendors, and staff to resolve or elevate issues
Provides general administrative support, arranges meetings, and ensures tasks are completed promptly and to a high degree of quality
Establishes, maintains, and updates record-keeping and filing systems for the Asset Team
Creates purchase orders, processes invoices, and tracks annual expenses
Serves as the primary administrative support for the Operations Manager for vendor management, including new setups, contracts, and communications
Prepares required monthly reports, notices, and correspondence
Routes and monitors Construction Service Dept. requests by processing Tenant Coordination Service Requests (TCSR) in Salesforce
Maintains current merchant contact information and notifies them of upcoming scheduled property activity
Manages the Net Promoter Score (NPS) annual survey process, including running reports and tracking responses
Qualification
Required
Provides general administrative support to the Director/Senior Director, Manager/Assistant Manager, and Operations Manager for the daily management of neighborhood & community shopping centers
Key responsibilities include insurance tracking, invoice/purchase order processing, work order creation, merchant/customer communication, report generation/review, and other assigned tasks
