Responsibilities
Develop and execute our creative strategy and marketing materials
Understand unique requirements of the look and feel of marketing communications in a financial institution and fintech
Deliver and finetune output that perfectly captures who we are and our ideal customer outreach
Utilize diverse creative talents to create and word smith compelling copy and create striking designs
Understand and transform raw vision into output that is consistent to our brand
Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Execute our vision of being a trailblazer at the intersection of finance and technology
Design and implement digital transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of progressive experience in a creative design role, preferably at an agency or in-house environment
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or business (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
Experience using Canva to support rapid-turn and templated design needs

Master Communicator - Whether it's in-person, on camera, phone, or chat — you communicate with confidence, precision, and professionalism
