Responsibilities
Proven experience in professional services or consulting, supporting project-based delivery models
Strong expertise in resource management and project staffing, including coordination with internal teams and external suppliers
Demonstrated capability in human capital management, workforce planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management
Advanced business analytics skills, including building and maintaining dashboards, automating tasks, and analyzing large datasets using Tableau, Smartsheet, and similar tools
Experience in technical writing, with strong writing and editing skills for reports, documentation, and stakeholder-ready materials
Highly analytical, with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex resourcing insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring project resourcing supports scheduled timelines, proactively identifying and communicating resource risks, constraints, or conflicts to Project Managers and leadership
Qualification
Required
