The role involves managing a small team of test engineers and developing software and hardware solutions for complex engineering tests in commercial and defense programs.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and documentation for RF ATE Test Systems (primarily Python) used for testing RF and microwave devices for space and defense applications
Develop and refine company-level software architecture and reuse strategy
Create and refine software development and management processes: version control, code review, coding standards, and related
Interface with product engineers to develop ATE test solutions to validate device performance specifications across various test conditions
Create test data sheets for customer reporting
Create, maintain, and update data processing applications in Python
Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate customer data packages
Maintenance of existing legacy ATE software (LabVIEW and Keysight / Agilent VEE)
Migration and update of legacy ATE software to more modern platforms (Python)
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a small team of at least 3 test engineers
Experience in developing software and hardware solutions for complex engineering tests
Proficiency in Python for RF ATE Test Systems
Experience in design, development, deployment, and documentation for RF ATE Test Systems
Ability to develop and refine company-level software architecture and reuse strategy
Experience creating and refining software development and management processes: version control, code review, coding standards, and related
Ability to interface with product engineers to develop ATE test solutions
Experience creating test data sheets for customer reporting
Experience creating, maintaining, and updating data processing applications in Python
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience maintaining existing legacy ATE software (LabVIEW and Keysight / Agilent VEE)
Experience in migration and update of legacy ATE software to more modern platforms (Python)
Self-starter & team player who can take ownership of a project from design to deployment under a rapid pace
