Responsibilities
Own day-to-day People Ops administration and serve as a point of contact for employee-related needs, including employment verifications, onboarding coordination, open enrollment, HR system updates, and core employee lifecycle processes
Help translate complex people processes into scalable systems and automated workflows that drive continuous improvement and enable effective hypergrowth
Lead the strategy and execution of both company-wide employee experience initiatives (offsites and holiday parties) and office-specific engagement programs. This includes coordinating with local social committees to ensure events are planned and executed within budget
Partner closely with our Head of People and People Ops Lead as a trusted, high-discretion right hand on both fun culture-building projects and sensitive People initiatives
Qualification
Required
Early-career, high-slope operator: excited to start in a hands-on, execution-heavy role with lots of freedom to grow
Community and culture-oriented: you enjoy planning events and bringing people together (e.g., you may have been an RA, in student government, done TFA/teaching, or organized campus/community activities)
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented: have a process mindset and a bias toward making things more efficient as we scale
Passionate in people operations: motivated by improving employee experiences and care about getting the 'everyday details' right because they matter to people
Curious, introspective, and driven: you're reflective about your experiences, comfortable figuring things out, and taking initiative
Highly trustworthy and discreet: you're comfortable handling sensitive information and navigating employee situations thoughtfully
Comfortable with ambiguity at a rapidly scaling startup and excited to grow into larger projects as you ramp
