Responsibilities
Assisting clients in person, over the phone, and via email by scheduling appointments and answering questions
Contributing to a great visit checking clients in when they arrive following internal processes each time
Checking clients out when their appointment is over, making sure they have follow-up care scheduled when needed and collecting payment for their pet’s visit
Making sure to carefully follow practice policies and procedures designed to WOW pet parent’s with our high quality and compassionate care
Assisting your team members with a variety of general duties such as helping to keep the reception area neat and tidy, drafting memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Sharing your unique gifts and talents with the team by suggesting new ideas or ways we can show how passionate we are about helping pets live long, healthy, lives!
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a client facing role providing professional customer service in person and over the phone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must!
Superior relationship building skills
Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and enter data with accuracy and consistency
Dependability
Preferred
Prior veterinary experience is not required but a love for animals and a sincere interest in the animal care field are essential!
