They are seeking a Level 2 IT Systems Engineer who can independently manage client environments, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 administration, email migrations, and client onboarding.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Conditional Access, and security settings
Execute and support email migrations between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Manage and support Apple environments (iPad, iPhone, macOS) using Jamf MDM
Onboard new clients end-to-end: users, devices, security stack, documentation, and handoff
Resolve escalated Level 2 support issues across Windows, macOS, SaaS, and networking
Support and troubleshoot VoIP systems (user provisioning, call quality, basic QoS concepts)
Write and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) to automate repetitive tasks
Maintain accurate system documentation and internal knowledge base articles
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when required
Qualification
Required
3+ years working in an MSP or MSSP environment
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers
Experience performing or supporting email migrations
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall basics)
Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Google Workspace administration experience
Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or similar network platforms
VoIP platforms (GoTo Connect, Zoom Phone, 3CX, etc.)
Security tooling experience (EDR, MFA, Conditional Access, SIEM exposure)
