Electrical Gas & Liquids Engineer II

Responsibilities
Design to client and regulatory requirements
Manage small to mid-size projects to schedule and budget
Keep Milhouse Engineering management advised of all quality, schedule, and budget variances in a timely manner
Manage subordinate or other discipline resources to quality, schedule, and budget requirements
Prepare project documents and reports
Maintain project files
Create and enforcing project quality plan
Data and document entry into various platforms
Report safety, health, and quality issues to management
Prepare contract amendments, change order documentation, and claims documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
3 years of electrical engineering design experience
Oil & gas, midstream, utilities, or industrial facilities experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Autocad and/or MicroStation
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, AGA, API and other applicable codes and standards
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Moderate experience with Deltek Project Planning
Knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule analysis
Familiar with discipline specific design software and design management systems
SKM and/or ETAP proficiency
I&C design experience
Instrumentation selection experience (PIT, TIT, FIT, LIT, Etc.)
P&ID development capability
