Responsibilities
Provide support to Local and Centralized Print and Mail Operations including but not limited to receiving, sorting, delivery of mail, folding, stuffing and processing of letters, and supporting on-site Business Services requests and ad-hoc needs such as printer inventory and pool car requests
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and uphold principles of integrity in the workplace
Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner and in stressful situations
Follow the principles of State Fund's Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines
Maintain a safe working environment
Defend State Fund against fraudulent activities
Maintain regular and predictable attendance and/or communication availability during working hours
Take ownership of each customer contact to address needs and endeavor to meet State Fund objectives
Be able to communicate professionally, effectively, verbally and in writing
Be able to review, analyze, and prioritize incoming work
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Have excellent organizational and time management skills in order to work within strict time frames
