The Billing Specialist will support the Sales Team by processing billing and pricing corrections and collaborating with various departments to ensure proper execution of vendor incentives and credits.

Responsibilities

Working with retailers and the merchandising team to review missing allowance, deals on invoices
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions
Escalating queries and concerns & troubleshooting common pricing issues and corrections
Working cross functionally with other departments to obtain approval
Reviewing Food Show books and order guides to identify deals not entered and communicate to proper personnel to correct
Running and completing daily order guide reports for the West Coast and Pacific Northwest
Running additional reporting as needed

Required

2-5 years related industry experience in wholesale or retail
Associate Degree - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies
Specialized Knowledge: a passion for numbers
Special Skills: Basic computer skills
Proficient in Gmail, Office, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Organization, prioritization and problem solving skills
