Responsibilities

8–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting insurance or risk management systems
Experience with Origami Risk preferred (nice to have)
Solid understanding of insurance operations, including:
Claims lifecycle (GL, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, Property, etc.)
Policy and coverage management
Certificates of Insurance (COI)
Subrogation processes
Handling and interpreting claim files from Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)
Proven experience gathering business requirements and configuring SaaS platforms
