Responsibilities
Obtaining construction related permits from local agencies
Assisting in subcontractor solicitation and contracting
Ensuring proper notices are filed and posted
Updating a variety of project logs, status reports and communication
Other duties as needed to support the project team
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of study
Experience working with a general contractor either in a full-time role or through an internship
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
