Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding billing, invoicing, payments, and account inquiries
Manage and reconcile AR and AP transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Process invoices, credit memos, refunds, and payment applications
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment delays
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to support timely collections
Coordinate with internal teams including Accounting, Sales, and Operations to resolve account issues
Maintain accurate customer and financial records in ERP/CRM systems
Prepare reports related to account status, payment trends, and customer activity
Support month-end and year-end close activities related to AR/AP functions
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior customer service staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements

Required

5+ years of customer service experience
