New Grad, Entry LevelTesla is seeking an Acquisition Specialist who will work cross-functionally with various teams to appraise trade-in vehicles accurately. The role involves reviewing market data, recording valuations, and ensuring a great customer experience through collaboration and training initiatives.

Responsibilities
Review market indicator data, vehicle history and vehicle condition to appraise the value of trade-in vehicles in keeping with current Tesla valuation strategies
Accurately record valuations and track inventory using Tesla internal system
Be the subject matter expert and have accountability in your trade-in appraisals
Develop strong relationships with cross functional business partners (Sales, Delivery, Service) to create an exceptional customer experience
Lead and support training initiatives to ensure field sales teams understand trade-in processes
Support field teams in resolving customer questions and concerns
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment, as well as independently
Customer-centric mindset
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing working environment
Ability to work weekends on a regular schedule, as needed
Highly efficient working across multiple computer systems, experience with CRM a plus, experience with MS Office required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
