Responsibilities
Manage commercial roofing projects through all phases: pre-construction, execution, and closeout
Develop project schedules, budgets, and material procurement plans
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and resolving issues
Review contracts, scope of work, and project specifications
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Track project costs, change orders, and profitability
Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and closeout packages
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred
Experience working with general contractors and building owners
OSHA certification
Background in estimating or field supervision
