VP Cash Management Tech Sales (RBC Clear)

Responsibilities

Must be able to persuasively articulate RBC Clear’s value proposition persuasively both internally and externally
Grow RBC Clear’s client base and drive revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new cash management opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
Facilitate strategic dialogue focusing on key client-centric topics, deliver industry benchmarking insight, and partner cross functionally to contribute to the design of a tailored end-to-end cash management solution
Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers, Account Management, and Product to bring forth client insights that will drive solution development and enhancement
Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of products and solutions
Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms
Devise and execute a plan to exceed sales goals
Accountable for the development of a sales pipeline of both new and cross-sell opportunities and appropriately managing those opportunities through to decision

Required

5+ years of cash management/treasury sales and relationship management experience – particularly Technology industry
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills
Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and across the RBC Capital Markets ecosystem
Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
Aptitude for powerful presentations and negotiation skills with internal and external clients
