Responsibilities
Uphold core values: client satisfaction, staff retention, and community involvement
Develop and maintain client network knowledge and documentation
Perform regular onsite proactive services and simple technology implementations
Act as the primary implementation engineer for assigned clients
Implement and define best practices, assess business risks, and recommend upgrades
Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate with vCIO
Handle ticket escalation and perform root-cause analysis
Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in IT or related field required
5+ years of experience in network/IT systems and troubleshooting
Extensive proficiency with IT hardware and software, including Microsoft server and desktop OS, network components, server virtualization, and cloud services
Position requires 80% travel
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred certifications: Microsoft and Cisco
