Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, challenges, and current processes
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation
Maintain accurate process documentation, workflows, and technical reference guides
Assist in designing, testing, and rolling out new technology solutions aligned with business goals
Support EDI partner onboarding, data mapping, and integration with internal and third-party systems
Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to measure project success, adoption, and benefits realization
Validate, clean, and organize data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop and maintain technical and business documentation to support knowledge sharing
Facilitate training and enablement activities to drive successful adoption of new tools and processes
Provide ongoing support post-implementation to monitor solution performance and user satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (internships included)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience with documentation concepts & tools (Word, PowerPoint, Confluence, etc.)
Familiarity with workflow documentation and analysis: Swim lanes, Flowcharts, VSM
Familiarity with automation tools, Make, PowerAutomate, Apps Script
Familiarity with Google Sites or similar web content management tools
Exposure to ERP systems
Experience in leveraging technology to enhance systems and processes
Exposure to AI and its benefit
Experience in the logistics, food, or technology industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving processes
Be a curious, critical thinker and self-starter who takes initiative and seeks opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
