Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily cash positioning, funding, and liquidity monitoring across the U.S. and global operations to support the businesses liquidity needs
Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity and working capital
Maintain and enhance TMS functionality to improve data integrity, reporting accuracy and automation of key treasury processes and controls
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency through technology and process redesign
Support FX conversions and hedging of intercompany funding positions as required
Assist in implementing tax-efficient funding strategies for LATAM and APAC businesses
Support GXO’s international operations across LATAM and APAC
Maintain global banking relationships and oversee account administration
Track and summarize global banking activity to analyze fee wallet sharing and optimize costs
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies
Support SOX and audit requests and maintain documentation for Treasury transactions
Provide clear, timely updates to senior management on liquidity status, operational risks and treasury initiatives
Partner with finance leadership and other functions on ad-hoc projects and strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Accounting
2-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking
Knowledge of cash management, FX markets and financial instruments
Proficient in Excel and familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, Bloomberg, FXAll, etc.)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
