Responsibilities
Assemble electrical components, sub-assemblies, and finished units with accuracy
Follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly diagrams
Read and interpret engineering drawings, parts lists, and wire lists
Apply standard electronics manufacturing quality practices
Communicate production or quality concerns with supervisors and team members
Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
Qualification
Required
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand, sit, bend, squat, reach, and grasp for extended periods
Comfortable using hand tools such as crimpers, wrenches, pliers, and screwdrivers
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance
Preferred
Familiarity with electronics quality standards is a plus
