Responding to inquiries and complaints from clients, staff, and partner agencies
Preparing reports and compiling program statistics
Providing backup coverage to ensure uninterrupted services
Allocating payments and maintaining accurate child support ledgers
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years of experience maintaining financial and statistical records in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required
Critical thinker with strong math and accounting skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and database systems
Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal
Comfortable interpreting policies, procedures, and regulations
Builds strong working relationships and works well with others
Understands child support processes, statutes, and legal documents
Skilled at de-escalating difficult conversations with empathy
Dependable and committed to consistent attendance
