The Architectural Designer will contribute to all phases of the design and documentation process, including:
Schematic Design (SD)
Design Development (DD)
Construction Documentation (CD)
Construction Administration (CA)
Participation in international design competitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture
2–5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong conceptual design and graphic skills
Solid technical production skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Adaptability and versatility—comfortable shifting projects and assignments
Must have experience with ground up, shell and core projects, in addition to interiors
Software Proficiency Required: Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
