Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers
Resolve day-to-day network connectivity and performance issues
Provide PC and desktop support (hardware, OS, software)
Support end-user devices including PCs, laptops, phones, and peripherals
Assist with user setup, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking
Strong PC/desktop administration and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and TCP/IP
Experience supporting 50+ users in an on-site environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
