Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols and guidelines
Collect, process, and analyze specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
Prepare reagents, solutions, and media for testing
Accurately document and manage test results using laboratory information systems (LIS)
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and quality control protocols
Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or similar setting
Proficiency in laboratory disciplines including: Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Banking
Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality control procedures
Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Phlebotomy experience
Prior hospital laboratory experience
