Legal Analyst
The State of Indiana's Office of Judicial Administration is responsible for managing various legal services for the Indiana judiciary. The Legal Analyst position involves providing administrative support, managing public records requests, and assisting with various internal programs related to legal services.

Responsibilities
Perform paralegal and administrative support activities for the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsels and Program Managers
The Legal Analyst assists the Office of General Counsel with duties, such as creating/maintaining spreadsheets, preparing orders, drafting correspondence, and organizing various administrative processes
Return phone calls and assist with voicemails
Manage and process judicial security requests associated with SB291
Administrative support with the processing of public records requests
Provide administrative support for the language access program
Assist with the processing and management of 53.1/53.2 requests
Serve as a backup on senior judge claim and special judge claim processing
Draft, process, and finalize orders
Send out vendor requirements for new contractors
Assist with insurance audits on existing contracts
Assist with the drafting and management of contracts and the contract repository
Provide administrative support for the Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunities (ICLEO) program
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
