Senior Electrophysics Analyst

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Electrophysics Analyst to join the Phantom Works program in Berkeley, MO. This role involves leading the development of detailed electrophysics models and integrating advanced Mission Systems components into functioning demonstration systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate requirements for unique communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems and components
Develop architectures to integrate multiple systems into higher level systems and platforms
Lead the development of electrophysics models for interferometry, beam-steering, and geolocation
Lead the development of trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other forms of analysis to predict component and system performance and to optimize design around complex requirements
Develop new and improved modeling and simulation techniques
Lead the development and execution of critical tests to validate performance of designs to requirements
Manage appropriate aspects of critical supplier and partner performance to ensure requirements compliance
Support project management by supporting development of work statement, budget, schedule, and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
14+ years of related work experience and a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
Experience with electrophysics modeling and analysis
Experience with Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) tools
Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred

Experience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
Experience with avionics and/or mission systems
