Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction activities on site for highway and linear infrastructure works
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
Monitor production rates, schedules, and construction progress
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
Support cost control, quantities tracking, and progress reporting
Collaborate closely with project management, safety, and engineering teams
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company safety policies
Participate in planning meetings and coordination with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
7-13 years of experience in civil construction projects
Strong background in highway projects (preferred), or other linear infrastructure such as rail, bridges, or utilities
Proven experience working on site and managing subcontractors
Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and production control
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Preferred
Strong background in highway projects
