Help Desk Coordinator I
Lifelong is a community health organization on a mission to make health and food accessible. The Help Desk Coordinator I provides operational support to the Director of IT and the IT department by coordinating day-to-day activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication within the department and with other teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of contact for IT-related inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members
Help coordinate IT projects and initiatives by tracking tasks, deadlines, and status updates
Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks in collaboration with IT staff (e.g., checklists, scheduling, communication)
Courier IT equipment between various sites as needed in Seattle, Bellingham, and Everett
Assist with quotes, purchase requests, and orders for IT hardware, software, and services
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory (e.g., laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals)
Track renewals for licenses, subscriptions, and maintenance agreements and flag upcoming expirations
Code invoices for Director of IT approval
Maintain and organize IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and how to guides
Help prepare simple reports, dashboards, or summaries (e.g., ticket volumes, asset lists, training completion)
Support compliance and audit activities by gathering requested documentation
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative or coordination experience; prior experience in IT or a similar environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-service mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Comfort working with basic IT terminology and systems; willingness to learn IT tools and processes
High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work with confidential information
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications a plus, such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or related credentials in IT support
Familiarity with ticket workflow and queue management systems (Jira preferred), basic Windows desktop OS, Office 365, and Droid/iOS mobile devices
