Responsibilities
Compound flavor samples in accordance with sample requests
Prepare and organize lab materials, tools, and equipment
Conduct basic lab tests and procedures, including density, refractive index, and flashpoint measurements
Accurately record quality control data and maintain lab logs
Support lab cleanliness and inventory management
Use ERP to adjust inventory for accuracy
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow instructions with precision
Highly organized and proactive in the lab
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and time management skills
High school diploma required
Preferred
Associate's degree in a science-related field preferred
Laboratory or manufacturing experience in a food production environment preferred
