Responsibilities
Maintain strong working relationships and clear communication
Deliver training for new hires and refreshers for current staff
Update and manage online training tools
Track and monitor training initiatives
Train staff via Microsoft Teams
Analyze reports to spot trends requiring refresher training
Perform quality assurance to identify training gaps
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Strong proficiency with computer applications and software, especially Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Knowledge of correct grammar and punctuation when drafting written documents
Experience interacting with the public
Preferred
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines pertaining to ambulance billing
Familiarity with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other key federal regulations regarding healthcare
Development of training materials and facilitating sessions for others
At least one year of medical billing experience, ideally in EMS
