Workforce Development Partnerships Coordinator
Peckham, Inc. is seeking a collaborative and proactive professional to serve as the Workforce Development Partnerships Coordinator. This role supports vocational rehabilitation efforts by managing and expanding partnerships with external organizations, and conducting needs assessments to align offerings with learning and career development goals.

Responsibilities
Maintain, manage, and strengthen existing partnerships with community colleges, financial institutions, and other organizations aligned with vocational rehabilitation and workforce development goals
Identify and pursue new external partnership opportunities under the guidance of the Director of Learning and Career Pathways, supporting the expansion and diversification of training offerings
Conduct needs assessments with internal departments and individual team members to identify gaps and opportunities in vocational training, financial literacy, and career development
Use assessment results to inform partnership alignment, program design, and prioritization of external offerings
Coordinate the planning and delivery of partner‑led trainings and services, ensuring offerings are accessible, relevant, timely, and aligned with organizational goals and team member needs
Serve as the operational lead for scheduling, logistics, and coordination of external training activities
Serve as the primary liaison for external partners, ensuring consistent communication, clear expectations, and timely coordination of joint initiatives
Facilitate ongoing collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders
Monitor partnership activity, participation, and outcomes
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support program evaluation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure all partnership efforts prioritize the growth, learning, and career success of team members, with an emphasis on reducing barriers to participation and advancement
Work with internal teams and partners to ensure offerings are accessible and inclusive for individuals with disabilities and/or other barriers to employment
Coordinate on-site partner events, workshops, orientations, and informational sessions, providing logistical and communication support
Stay informed on workforce development trends, community training offerings, and resources relevant to vocational rehabilitation and the needs of team members
Demonstrate respectful, compassionate, and service-oriented behavior when interacting with team members, staff, and other departments
Comply with all policies and standards
Maintain safe and clean work environment
Promote Peckham’s vision values and services to all team members, staff, customers, and stakeholders
Assist in maintaining organizational wide quality standards
Regular and predictable attendance are required of this position to support the team and needs of the operations

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
1–3 years of experience in workforce development, career services, program coordination, vocational rehabilitation, or other related area
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Passion for supporting individuals in their learning and career journeys
Preferred
Related experience coordinating community or educational partnerships, adult learning or workforce development, vocational rehabilitation or human services
Experience with program coordination or nonprofit collaboration
Experience conducting needs assessments or stakeholder interviews
Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
Familiarity with local education and workforce development landscapes
Experience working with diverse populations and community-based programs
Proficiency in Workday or similar ERP system
