Responsibilities
Operate and set up machinery to produce finished doors
Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise
Perform quality control checks on finished doors
Verify machine settings before and during operation
Document work and communicate with the incoming shift
Learn your area and build technical expertise over time
Follow quality and safety standards, and help keep the workspace organized
Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Report irregularities and updates to your Supervisor to ensure smooth shift transitions
Be a reliable, steady member of the team
Qualification
Required
Interest in basic troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Ability to manage time and workflow to meet deadlines
Positive, self-motivated, and solution-focused mindset
Eagerness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
