Responsibilities
Will handle the receipt of defective goods from vendor customers, labeling, cleaning, discontinuing, recalling product documenting and storing product accordingly
Must be able review and follow procedures as dictated by customer profiles
Must be able to maintain the integrity of all information as returned on a pallet/carton, as imputed and generated product through the RF system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year(s) experience in warehousing/Returns or equivalent
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack
Ability to operate a Radio Frequency Unit (RF Gun)
Must be alert and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must achieve and maintain the established expectations of performance as directed by the Department Supervisor
Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain management/co-worker relationships
Must be detail oriented
Must always work safely and professionally
Must comply with all regulations such as OSHA, Department, etc
Knowledge of all company policies and procedures, including safety
Ability to utilize Skechers customized programs, such as DOPS, Gar Pac, PKMS, Microsoft Word/Excel, etc
