The intern will assist with organizing, managing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in metadata application and content uploads.

Responsibilities

Applying and spot-checking metadata on content submitted from the Road (Guest and Tour Director submissions)
Tagging metadata on newly uploaded assets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Scanning content as needed, uploading assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and applying metadata
Assisting with uploading remaining required assets from internal servers (I: drive assets)
Supporting testing and evaluation of AI functionality within the DAM, as applicable
Creating a template and editing existing Alumni and Legendary People bios for the Legacy Collection
Assisting with formatting and editing Origin Stories related to Tauck product offerings and geographic history for the Legacy Collection

Qualification

Digital Asset ManagementMicrosoft ExcelAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignProactive mindsetAttention to detailOrganizational skillsTime-management

Required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort managing data
Experience working with databases or Digital Asset Management systems
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong time-management and prioritization skills

Preferred

Interest in content management, digital media, or creative operations
Interest in marketing, brand storytelling, or archival work
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems
