Responsibilities
Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used
Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
High school diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience working on Kenworth trucks
CDK experience a plus
