Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops on all technical items
Ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed
Track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations
Ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
Lead and mentor a team of cloud analysts and consultants, both on-shore and off-shore, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and find creative solutions
Facilitate technical support to clients, serving as a liaison to the offshore technical team or product support
Conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deal teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities
Contribute/lead innovation and initiatives as part of our communities of practice and cross functional teams
Identify areas for improvement in cloud solutions and processes and implement changes to enhance performance and efficiency
Drive the technical activities of cloud projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Qualification
Required

solid knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology
solid understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities
Expert understanding of at least two of the following workstreams: Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; specifically, HCM Cloud, inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions
Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
Team leadership: lead and mentor a team of cloud analysts and consultants, both on-shore and off-shore
Communication: effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving: troubleshoot complex technical issues and find creative solutions
Technical support: facilitate technical support to clients, serving as a liaison to the offshore technical team or product support
Sales Pursuit Support: conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deal teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations
Drive Innovation: contribute/lead innovation and initiatives as part of our communities of practice and cross functional teams
Continuous improvement: identify areas for improvement in cloud solutions and processes and implement changes to enhance performance and efficiency
Advanced understanding of OCI, can design and implement secure and scalable OCI architectures
Expert in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; including experience in HCM inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions
Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering the above tracks and can customize and develop reusable assets for faster deployments
Advanced skills in integrations, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, security, and processes
Advanced skills in reporting, analytics and can develop complex BI reports with data models and bursting logic
Experience in customizations such as developing custom objects, workflows and Groovy scripts for advanced customizations
Experience in OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP
Demonstrated experience in security: IDCS and security standards, SOS, SAML, OAUTH, and understands automating user provisioning, role and data access set assignments
Experienced in security policies, segregation of duties and compliance
Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in Oracle HCM Cloud
Can design scalable and efficient cross-functional solutions, dependencies, workflows and interaction between modules
Project management: planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks
Customer relationship building and can lead technical discussions and present solutions effectively
continuously learn about emerging cloud technologies and best practices
drive the technical activities of cloud projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
