They are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support marketing efforts through content creation, social media, and visual assets.

Responsibilities
Create and manage social media content
Design marketing assets including presentations, decks, one-pagers, and visuals
Support creation of case studies and customer-facing content
Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content
Assist with visual storytelling for website, sales, and marketing materials
Maintain brand consistency across all content and channels
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, launches, and events
Experiment with formats and creative ideas to improve engagement and clarity
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related role
Strong visual and creative skills with a sharp attention to detail
Comfortable translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and content
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Ability to manage multiple content requests and deadlines
Takes ownership with a can-do attitude
Open to learning new tools and concepts, continuously improving and optimizing work
Canva (strong proficiency)
Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro
Basic video editing, motion, and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with AI generation tools such as: DALL·E 3, Gemini Flow, ChatGPT Or similar AI creative tools
A Portfolio Is Required
Preferred
Experience creating B2B or SaaS content
Interest in AI, technology, or industrial/manufacturing topics
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing environment
