This role focuses on developing, customizing, and configuring ServiceNow applications, with an emphasis on Event Management and Operator Workspace.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, reports, and workflows
Configure and extend platform functionality using business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and Glide scripting
Support scoped application development and platform enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to CI/CD and release processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development
Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) in ServiceNow
Strong scripting, customization, and configuration skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred
Additional ServiceNow certifications
Experience with large-scale enterprise deployments
Prior experience with Public Sector clients is a plus
