Responsibilities
Perform on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance, including engine changes
Follow work scope instructions as directed by Maintenance Operations Control
Obtain and maintain repair station inspection approvals
Interface professionally with customers
Use troubleshooting methods to identify defects in components and parts
Access and utilize engine data materials such as AMM, EMM, IPC, etc
Interpret and apply Service Bulletins, FAA Airworthiness Directives, and Technical Variances as applicable
Meet physical requirements including lifting up to approximately 50 lbs and passing a required eye exam
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of aircraft maintenance/repair/overhaul experience
Associate's Degree with 2+ years of aircraft maintenance/repair/overhaul experience
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
Ability to meet requirements for a FAA/DOT background check and pre-employment drug screening
Ability to work in a FAA safety-sensitive environment and comply with FAA-mandated drug and alcohol regulations
Preferred
Gas turbine engine experience
FAR 145 repair station experience
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
