Adobe Target Specialist
The Judge Group is seeking a Digital Personalization & Experimentation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Target. This role focuses on executing A/B and multivariate tests, driving personalization initiatives, and supporting digital content updates across major CMS platforms.
Responsibilities
Build, QA, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target
Translate marketing requirements into Target configurations with minimal developer support
Update and manage digital content in AEM, SDL Tridion, or WordPress
Use HTML/CSS (and basic JavaScript) to implement Target experiences
Troubleshoot targeting, rendering, and integration issues via browser dev tools
Apply WCAG accessibility standards and remediate accessibility issues across personalization and CMS changes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑business, or Digital Platforms
Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Target
Working knowledge of CMS platforms (AEM, Tridion, WordPress)
Ability to read/modify HTML/CSS; basic JavaScript preferred
Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
