Responsibilities
Input into future business strategies and products
Ensure customer contracts are accurate and completed in a timely manner working with the customer to update and maintain current contracts
You are to ensure methods and procedures are followed and new program and processes of the team are defined in accordance with company policy
Direct the collaboration with operations on contracts expectations ensuring customer expectations are met and maintained throughout the process
Establish and conduct sound business practices and ensure obligations of the department are met according to contractual obligations and established policies and procedures
Escalation for customer issues regarding the implementation and support of our services
Implementation planning and oversight
Use existing tools to manage workflow and external stakeholder relationships
Involvement in the RFP and SOW processes
Work with the Comtech product team to identify and implement product innovations based on market trends
Facilitate risk mitigation at the program level
Produce executive level status updates
Project oversight and management of strategic customer relationships
Assist in hiring and orienting employees, developing personal growth opportunities by coaching and counseling
Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
Ensures adherence to Comtech policies, standards, processes, procedures and guidelines for all team supports
Qualification
Required
Intermediate level knowledge with the Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills including effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
Six or more years in the E911 segment of telecommunications is equivalent
Previous management experience
In depth knowledge of NG911 processes and procedures
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
