Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including typing proposals, correspondence, and reports
Answer and screen incoming calls; communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence
Research topics and compile information from files and records for special projects and reports
Set up and troubleshoot electronic devices (laptops, cell phones, tablets)
Update and generate regular operational reports
Schedule vehicle maintenance and distribute gas cards as needed
Order uniforms for field employees
Order office supplies, business cards, and marketing materials
Assist with warehouse inventory control
Maintain ownership of the purchase order process
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Some administrative experience or relevant training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to work in-office, Monday–Friday
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
