Responsibilities
Deliver clear, effective support to customers through both phone and email communication
Resolve questions and issues promptly while demonstrating empathy, clarity, and full ownership
Maintain a strong balance between proactive outreach and timely responses to incoming needs
Reach out to host families regarding program fees, due dates, credits, and discounts
Oversee Accounts Receivable for your assigned region with accuracy and accountability
Provide targeted support to additional finance regions as needed
Qualification
Required
Great verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
High sense of responsibility and ownership
Adaptable, resourceful, and naturally inclined to solve problems
Poised, confident demeanor in fast-moving situations
Energetic, results-driven, and self-motivated
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time
Comfortable balancing proactive outreach with reactive support
1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in customer services
Demonstrated relationship-building experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
