Responsibilities
Define and evolve the enterprise analytics and AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth priorities
Partner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI solutions that deliver tangible outcomes
Lead, mentor, and inspire senior product owners and their teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
Simplify complex analytics for executive audiences, securing alignment and sponsorship for strategic initiatives
Oversee a portfolio of analytics products, ensuring integration into CRM and digital platforms, governance, and reuse across the organization
Measure adoption and business impact, continuously optimizing products for value realization
Qualification
Required
8+ years in product management or analytics leadership, with proven success delivering AI/ML-driven products at scale
Experience managing multiple teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption of advanced analytics solutions
Strong technical fluency across AI, predictive analytics, and digital platforms, combined with executive-level business acumen
Exceptional communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into business impact
Preferred
An advanced degree (MBA or technical master's preferred) and experience in corporate analytics, strategy, or professional services is a plus
