3 to 7 years of experience working on sophisticated transactions for buyers, sellers, and/or private equity
substantial experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions

ability to work independently and as part of a team
licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
willing and able to become licensed in North Carolina within one year of joining Morningstar Law Group
